This Sunday at Abington Presbyterian Church (February 12)
By: Brent Eelman
This Sunday (February 12) at Abington
Presbyterian Church
This Sunday I will be preaching a sermon entitled "How
to Share Your Faith". Who is responsible for
evangelism? Ministers? Professional Evangelists?
Elders? Deacons? Each of us is called to share our
faith in a welcoming manner with others. This sermon is not
about engaging in manipulative and dogmatic arguments, but rather
about friendship, grace, and hope. The three points are
subtitled: "Get Up", "Connect", and "Listen Before You
Speak". My hope is that you will find this message
helpful for dealing with those moments when you want/need to speak
with someone about faith related issues, but are uncomfortable.
